d. Mission statement,goods and objectives
Mission statement, is a brief description that explains the purpose of the business(i.e:why it exist)
.It express the unique contribution the company plans to offer to society in which it operates.
.It explain what business does and what it hopes to achieve in future
     E.g: to provide high quality product to our customer.
.Goals,these are medium and long term aspiration (ambitious) entrepreneur wants the business to achieve, based on mission statement they are things that you intend or want to achieve in the medium and long term.
      e.g : from the mission statement providing high quality product, the goal may be to maximize the profit,minimize cost to increase the productivity.
.Objectives, these are special targets that you set, which enable you to move to the direction of achieving your goals and ultimately the mission. 
     E.g:to increase loyal customer from the current number of 500 to 1000 by the end of the year.

i. Action plan
This part shows how entrepreneur will go about starting his/her business or implementing the business plan.
The action plan shows sequences steps of activities to be done, the person responsible when and resources required to implement the activity.
